Bminkful take 2-4 business days to process orders. Shipping is 3-5 business days due to COVID19 deliveries are experiencing delays. You will receive a tracking number once your order has finished processing and ready to be dropped off at the post office. Please allow full processing time to pass before reaching out to customer service concerning your order. Please ensure that your address is correct, if your package is returned to sender you are responsible for handling a reship fee. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Once packages are dropped off at the post office, we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We offer priority shipping option which means your items in your package are insured should it be lost in transit, stolen or damage YOU must contact USPS and file a claim so they can investigate.
